What locations do you service?
We are based in Nadi and work across Fiji and the Pacific. Our team regularly travels to Suva, the Coral Coast, Mamanuca and Yasawa islands, Vanua Levu and regional Pacific Island destinations. Travel fees are quoted upfront based on location and project requirements.
Do you work with both corporate clients and individuals?
Yes. Vaka Tara Collective offers two service streams:
• Corporate and organisational services for businesses, development partners, NGOs, tourism operators and government programs.
• Individual services including weddings, family portraits, lifestyle sessions and personal events.
How early should we book?
Corporate campaigns and branding projects should ideally be booked 4 to 8 weeks in advance (but the earlier the better).
Weddings and personal events often book out several months to a full year ahead, particularly during peak season (May to November). We encourage early enquiries to secure availability.
Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely. Every project is different, and we tailor our creative, branding or consultancy support to meet your goals, budget and timeline. Enquiries always begin with a discovery call to understand what you need.
Do you provide raw images or footage?
In most cases, we provide beautifully edited and curated final deliverables that meet our quality standards. Raw files may be available on request and may attract an additional fee.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary based on project type:
• Photography: 2 to 4 weeks
• Videography and cinematography: 4 to 8 weeks
• Corporate campaigns and brand identity: 3 to 6 weeks
• Weddings: 8 to 12 weeks
• HR consultancy, recruitment and business support: timeframes depend on project scope and urgency

Do you offer drone and FPV services?
Yes. Our Creative Director is certified and experienced in drone and FPV cinematography, with extensive experience filming resorts, tourism campaigns, landscapes and events across Fiji.
What industries do you support with HR consultancy and recruitment?
We work with organisations across Fiji and the Pacific in tourism, construction, creative industries, NGOs, development programs, professional services and small to medium enterprises. Our HR support includes recruitment, workforce planning, systems setup, policy development and operational support.
Do you work with NGOs and development partners?
Yes. Our background includes working with NGOs, donor programs and community organisations. We specialise in culturally grounded storytelling, impact documentation and sensitive community engagement.
Can you support start-ups and small businesses?
Absolutely. We offer flexible branding, visual identity, storytelling and business support services for start-ups, sole traders and family-owned businesses. We also provide pro-bono or reduced-fee support for eligible community partners.

What is included in your proposals or quotes?
All proposals outline your project scope, deliverables, timeline, inclusions, optional add-ons and payment terms. For larger projects, we also provide creative direction notes, shot lists, brand considerations or recruitment frameworks depending on the service.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All projects require a 50 percent deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on delivery unless otherwise agreed. For corporate clients, payment terms can be aligned with organisational procurement processes.
Are your services available for events outside Fiji?
Yes. We travel throughout the Pacific and internationally for weddings, campaigns, and organisational projects. Travel arrangements can be incorporated into your proposal.
